My work is rooted in experience, continuity of care, and deep respect for the physical and emotional transitions that accompany new life.
Alongside birth and postpartum support, I offer traditional postpartum practices—including placenta encapsulation, belly binding, and postpartum sealing—woven together with Reiki and folk herbalism to support healing, restoration, and a deeply nourished fourth trimester.
